Cancellation Policy

windows support Softwares Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the windows support Softwares Private Limited marketing team has obtained on special occasions like christmus, Good-Friday, Valentine�s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  2. windows support Softwares Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables and service etc.
  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like mobile phones, mixer grinder, calculator etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the products. For books, VCDs, DVDs, the matter should be reported within 5 days.
  4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them
  6. NO Cancellations will be considered after the installation of the services requires a registration key on computer system

    Refund Policy *

  8. * there is no refund for the services given on computer systems in which a registration KEY for the application is provided. such as anti virus keys or windows 7 keys.
